08 — Executive Decision Briefing Agent

An executive brief that shows what changed, its impact, and the decision required.

Keeper gathers exceptions, opportunities and executed decisions across the agents, and ranks them by financial impact, service level and risk. It shows management what needs a decision, what has been executed, and what the outcome was — with direct access back to the source and details.

The briefing does not replace your dashboards and reports; it distills the exceptions and decisions that deserve management attention, with a direct link to the evidence and details.

Agent capabilities

A briefing ranked by impact, tailored by role.

The final call always stays with your team: the agent ranks priorities and prepares the decision required; you approve.

1

Priority ranking by impact

Not a fixed rule of three risks and three opportunities every time; ranking follows the financial impact, service level and risk thresholds your company sets.
Delivers: the recurring management briefing
2

Tailored by role

Executive management, supply chain, finance, procurement, operations, IT or branch — each role receives the items relevant to it at the appropriate level of detail.
Delivers: a briefing customized per role
3

A clear decision required

What changed, its impact, the deadline for action, the alternatives, and who holds approval authority — instead of numbers presented without decision context.
Delivers: every item linked to a decision and an approver
4

Outcome tracking and alert management

Tracks expected impact against realized impact, the deviation and the next action, and applies impact thresholds, escalation, de-duplication, channels and quiet hours your team sets.
Delivers: the outcome of every past decision, and one alert that matters instead of a feed
What does Keeper add on top of your current systems?

BI and ERP platforms send reports and dashboards. Keeper turns them into a decision brief.

Your current systems retain records and transactions, and may offer advanced reports and analytics. Keeper does not replace or duplicate these capabilities; it links context across systems, anticipates exceptions, compares treatment options, and ranks the decision by its financial and operational impact.

Keeper starts with a read-only connection by default. Task assignment or message sending can be enabled through defined integrations, permissions and approval paths agreed with your company. Keeper never executes any action outside delegated, logged boundaries.

The questions we hear — answered plainly.

Where does the briefing arrive?
Where you actually read: WhatsApp, email, or both — formatted to open on a phone and be read within minutes, with a direct link to the evidence and details.
Can the briefing be customized?
Yes. The briefing is tailored by role — executive management, supply chain, finance, procurement, operations or IT — with each role's priorities set within agreed impact thresholds.
How is it different from a BI dashboard?
The briefing does not replace your dashboards and reports; it distills the exceptions and decisions that deserve management attention, with reason, impact, deadline and proposed action, plus a direct link to the evidence and details.
