07 — Operational Decision Memory Agent

Turn operational decisions into an auditable institutional memory.

Keeper stores the context of each decision, the data it was based on, the alternatives discussed, who approved it, and what actually happened after execution. When a similar situation arises, it surfaces past decisions and their outcomes within the user's permissions, instead of starting the analysis from zero.

Your current systems keep the transaction, but rarely the reason for the decision and the alternative that was rejected. This agent makes that a documented company asset.

Agent capabilities

Institutional decision memory — not a document archive.

The final call always stays with your team: the agent documents, links context, and prepares the comparison; you approve.

1

The full decision record

The triggering signal, the data used, the alternatives discussed, the recommendation, any human adjustment, the approver, the action taken, and the realized outcome.
Delivers: a searchable, auditable decision log
2

Retrieval of similar cases

Before a decision is made, it surfaces similar past cases: why they are similar, the meaningful differences, the outcome achieved, and how current that information still is.
Delivers: context from similar past decisions
3

Linking batches to decisions

It does not replace your system's official batch record; it links it to exceptions, quality decisions and actions taken — a foundation for recalls and traceability requirements.

4

Measuring the decision after execution

Compares expected impact to realized impact and records the reason for success or deviation — this is what sharpens the other agents' recommendations over time.

What does Keeper add on top of your current systems?

Your systems keep the official record. Keeper links it to decision context.

Your current systems retain records and transactions, and may offer advanced reports and analytics. Keeper does not replace or duplicate these capabilities; it links context across systems, anticipates exceptions, compares treatment options, and ranks the decision by its financial and operational impact.

Keeper starts with a read-only connection by default. Draft creation or record-writing can be enabled through defined integrations, permissions and approval paths agreed with your company. Keeper never executes any action outside delegated, logged boundaries.

The questions we hear — answered plainly.

How is this different from archiving documents or emails?
An archive stores documents you retrieve later through manual search. Operational decision memory stores the decision with its context, alternatives and outcome, and surfaces it at the right moment when a similar case appears.
Who can access the memory?
Access is governed by the permissions your company sets: procurement decisions for the procurement team, the full picture for executive management. The memory belongs to the company, and access is its decision.
What about decisions made before Keeper went live?
Operational memory begins building from Keeper's go-live date. Prior decisions or records can be imported where available, within a clearly scoped, independent import.
